Pilot safeguard: shortlist, export and connector functions create unpublished drafts. Koko must approve the exact product, channel, availability and delivery terms before a retailer makes a listing live.

Can I publish these products directly to my store?
Not immediately. Koko exports and connectors create unpublished drafts first. Make a listing visible only after Koko approves the exact product and intended channel.
What has Koko checked?
The exact product variant, current supplier-network stock, a UK delivery quotation, supplier-authorised listing photographs and provisional Koko and retailer margins. Channel-specific review still applies before publication.
Are the displayed prices guaranteed?
No. Pilot prices are planning figures. Shipping, VAT treatment, currency conversion, marketplace fees, payment costs, refunds and advertising can change the commercial result.
How does fulfilment work?
An approved retailer submits a fulfilment request through the portal. Koko confirms stock and delivery cost before payment, then records dispatch and tracking. The portal never places an automatic supplier order.
Can I reuse the product photographs?
Koko provides supplier-authorised listing photographs with its pilot product data. Their use is limited to an approved Koko retailer arrangement and the exact supplied product.
Who is responsible for the customer listing?
The retailer remains responsible for accurate product details, pricing, delivery promises, marketplace compliance, customer service and consumer rights.
