PRIVACY
Privacy notice
Last updated 22 August 2026. This notice describes the data handling visible on this dropship website. It should be read alongside any privacy information supplied during retailer onboarding.
Information entered on this site
The retailer portal stores account and application information such as your name, business, email address, website, primary sales channel and application message. Passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes. The public shortlist is saved locally in your browser.
Retailer orders
Approved retailers may submit customer delivery details and order information for fulfilment review. The retailer must have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to provide that information. The portal does not collect payment-card details.
How information is used
Kokoshungsan Ltd uses portal information to assess retailer applications, administer accounts, prepare and manage fulfilment requests, communicate about the service, maintain appropriate records, meet legal obligations and protect the portal against misuse.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only where reasonably necessary to review and fulfil an order, operate supporting services, meet legal obligations or protect legal rights. It is retained only for as long as needed for those purposes, contractual records and applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and browser storage
The portal uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The public catalogue uses local storage only for the device-local product shortlist.
Security
Access is protected by account authentication, approval controls and technical safeguards. Retailers are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, email hello@kokoshungsan.co.uk. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the service, data handling or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date.
