RETAILER PROGRAMME
Last updated 26 August 2026. This page explains the retailer portal, public catalogue and application service. It is not a wholesale agreement, credit offer, franchise, agency appointment or guarantee of supply.
The programme is intended for genuine businesses and professional sellers. Koko may request identity, business, channel and compliance information before considering an application.
Submitting an application, creating an account or downloading a file does not approve a retailer, reserve stock or create a supply relationship. Retailers must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Activation requires written acceptance, agreed commercial terms and a tested order process.
Availability, trade prices, suggested retail prices, pack information and descriptions are reference information and may change. Retailers must receive confirmation before listing or accepting orders. Suggested retail prices are non-binding.
Koko pilot products use supplier-authorised listing photographs for the exact recorded variants. Permission is limited to an approved Koko retailer arrangement and does not cover altered products, unrelated variants or third-party branding. Retailers must use current product information and only authorised, accurate claims applicable to the supplied product.
The retailer is responsible for its seller account, listing accuracy, customer-facing prices, taxes, marketplace fees, advertising, consumer information, customer service and compliance with channel rules. CSV files are drafts and must be reviewed before import or publication.
A portal order is a fulfilment request, not automatic acceptance or confirmation. After Koko confirms stock and the delivery charge, an approved order may redirect the retailer to Stripe-hosted Checkout for secure payment. Returning from Checkout does not prove payment; Koko relies on Stripe's verified payment notification. Service levels, eligible destinations, dispatch, tracking, cancellation, return and refund responsibilities must be agreed in writing before activation and confirmed for each applicable order.
A retailer submitting customer details confirms that it is authorised to provide them for fulfilment and has given all required privacy information. Retailers must not enter payment-card data, special-category information or unrelated personal information in the portal.
Kokoshungsan names, branding and supplied assets remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to use approved materials is limited to the scope and duration of an active written retailer arrangement.
Questions about the programme can be sent to hello@kokoshungsan.co.uk. Company and contractual details will be included in the written retailer agreement where an application proceeds.
